Overall WWE 2K17 is a great addition to the series with plenty of content for both single player and online play. There are also leaderboards which track player’s rankings based on wins and losses in online play. In addition to the single player content there is also an online mode where players can compete against each other in various match types. This adds an extra layer of realism to the game as players can create their own storylines for their wrestlers to follow during matches. The game also features a new “Promo Engine” which allows players to create their own promos for their wrestlers to use during matches. There are also a number of different game modes such as M圜areer mode where players can create their own wrestler and take them through their career in the WWE. Players can compete in a variety of match types such as singles matches, tag team matches, triple threat matches and fatal four-way matches. The game features a wide range of wrestlers from past and present, including John Cena, Brock Lesnar, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and many more.
